Job : Sr. Officer/Asst. Manager/Manager-Learning & Development (Human Resource Department)

Job Description/Duties/Responsibilities

1.Training management                                                      

·        Conduct pre-employment training for employees, covering the company's corporate culture, company system processes, company structure, and onboarding guidance;

·        Follow up on the on-the-job training of employees and formulate monthly analysis reports;

·        Classification management of training materials;

·        Analysis of the lack of qualifications for employee positions, optimization of training plans, and approval for implementation.

·        Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)                                          

2. Employee development management                                                         

·        Familiar with the functions and status quo in each department, optimize the promotion standards for employees, and assist employees in the development of career development plans;

·        Pay attention to the development status and needs of employees, and analyze the frequency of employee promotion;

·       Formulate a summary analysis report on the implementation of the employee development plan and propose improvement measures.                             

3. Comprehensive part                                                        

·        Automated office training and employee development application to improve daily management efficiency;

·        Implement management model of position;

·        Issued daily routine statements;

·        Learning and execution of rotation work;

·      Assists in building enterprise system culture.                                      

Job requirement

·        Master or above in psychology, management or Human Resource Development

·        Any certification on L&D would be highly appreciated

·        Must have 3-8 years of prior experience in people and organizational development

·        Having knowledge of adult learning concept and process

·        Should have analytical, critical and problem-solving thinking mind

·        Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

·        Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments

·        Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
