Office Manager

ob Summary

Office manager is responsible for organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office.

Major Responsibilities

 

  • Directing and coordinating office services and related activities for maximum utilization of services and equipment

  • Managing the reception area by responding to telephone and emails

  • Supervising and coordinating overall administrative works 

  • Planning and purchasing necessary office supplies and stationery

  • Overseeing  the maintenance of office equipment including photocopy, printer and inverter and arrange for necessary repairs

  • Managing  the filing systems

  • Recording office expenditure and managing budget

  • Assisting in travel and logistics management of clients such as preparing itineraries, and coordinating with hotels, travel agents, airlines 

  • Assisting in recruitment and selection of staffs

  • Responding to customer complaints and enquiries

Skills

 

  • Excellent communication  skills both written and verbal

  • Planning and Organization Skills

  • Active Listening Skills

  • Good Knowledge of MS-word, Excel and email, internet

 Abilities

 

  • Ability to work methodically, accurately and neatly

  • Ability to handle multiple activities and work under pressure

  • Proficiency in the use of office equipment
