Job Overview:

Due to Company growth, we are actively seeking an Asst. Administrative Officer to join us in Nepal office to support our US team. Administrative Officers manage the daily tasks of a company or organization by providing administrative and clerical support.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Asst. Administrative Officer services include but are not limited to the following:

  • Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries, and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner
  • Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to always ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies
  • Managing assets, including coding assets, and Keeping asset records up to date.
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
  • Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, preparing meeting minutes, distributing memos and reports, and ensuring that everyone is kept current on necessary company news and information
  • Operating copy equipment, printers, or other equipment necessary
  • Attendance management, follow up, and provide attendance reports to the management on monthly basis
  • Proper filing of individual employees’ documentation
  • Frequent visits to banks and other government organizations
  • Assists employee engagement activities and other events

Qualifications and Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Freshers can apply
  • Good organization, time management and scheduling skills
  • Experiencing using office management software, including word processing software and spreadsheets
  • Must have a valid driving license and vehicle
  • Basic bookkeeping experience.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
