• Review financial performance business & implement cost control measures for the Business Units.
• Consolidation of Financial statement.
• Consolidation / Custodian of MIS.
• Get involved in operational financial issues and suggest solutions for the same.
• Diligently track and monitor performance of business and maintain professional relationships with partners, associates.
• Implement new systems and bring innovations in the finance and accounts.
• Facilitate learning and development for all the team members in the division and ensure secession planning.
• Any other task as assigned by the management.
