The Business Applications Analyst is a highly visible role requiring strong negotiation and communication skills, and a dedication to finding solutions to business challenges which are thoughtful, elegant and free of unnecessary complexities.
• Work with the clients to gather, understand, and define business requirements.
• Develop user stories, and to-be process flows to support the design and development of process and systems solutions for the clients.
• Designing and customising related business application according to the requirements (including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and SalesForce)
• Working with the program/project managers, functional consultants and technical experts in providing clarity of requirements and how it relates to the business objectives.
• Collaborate with developers to verify that solutions will meet the business requirements. Will be the primary point of contact between the Functional Consultant and Development team.
• Managing end-user tests
• To be able to deliver engaging application training
• Supporting pre-sales (if required)
Desired Skills & Experience:
• Bachelors degree
• 5+ years supporting in a complex business environment
• Experience soliciting, gathering and analyzing user input and requirements
• Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new initiatives and technologies
• Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets
• Willingness to work flexible/odd hours at times
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM & BC, Salesforce or PowerApps will be a plus point.
• Experience in business applications is a plus (CRM or ERP applications preferred)
• Have excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong verbal and written English skills
