Job Description: Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager in SaaS to join our growing sales team! Your main goal is to create & identify rising business opportunities, manage the sales process & relationship with clients and help us to scale our products.

Responsibilities include:

• Prospect new business opportunities for our SaaS products
• Contact potential clients and explore new business opportunities to create long-term successful partnerships worldwide
• Arrange and lead product demonstrations
• Develop quotes and proposals for clients
• Provide an outstanding follow-up and overall process experience;
• Frequent communication of business status to the team including sales updates, decision support analytics and new business leads
• Explore Cross-selling opportunities with the team
• Increase the sales of Talent HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience (Master’s Degree will add an advantage)
• Tech & goal driven mindset
• Business oriented, dynamic and eager to conquer the HR: tech world
• Team player, critical thinking and awesome communication skills (fluent English)
• People oriented & someone with CAN-Do attititde 
• Attention to detail and unlimited curiosity
