• Onboarding the new software vendors, remittance companies and members of cooperatives in Khalti
• Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers etc. to source new business opportunities
• Preparing proposals for sending to different remittance, cooperatives and software vendors for onboarding
• Mobilizing the staff of cooperative and software vendors for attracting the new customers for using the services
• Follow up and post-sale relationship
• Lead generation for service API
• Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether software vendors/customers are satisfied with company products and services
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with remittance companies, cooperatives, software vendors and customers
• Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning
• Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities
• Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities of remittance, cooperatives and software vendors
• Oversee the implementation of the strategies in the marketing plan
• Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services of the organization which will add value to the remittance companies, cooperative and software vendors
• Close monitoring the transaction and issues related to the remittance, cooperative and software vendors
