The main role of a Business Research Analyst is to assist the management of the assigned venture and support senior team members in conducting comprehensive research. This position demands a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong analytical mind-set, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for driving the success of small to medium-sized enterprises.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the management during the development of the overall strategy.
  2. Conduct in-depth research on suitable business models, stay informed about industry developments, and provide detailed reports and insights to the head of the department.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support venture investment activities and assist in strategic planning and project implementation.
  4. Assist in the due diligence process of the ventures assigned.
  5. Engage with potential clients and stakeholders to gather feedback, understand needs, and conduct other forms of market research to gather insights on customer needs and preferences.
  6. Perform any ad hoc tasks provided by the Department Head and the Managing Director.
  7. Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional Competencies: (F&B Sector)

  1. At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality sector, preferably with an MBA and a background in BHM (Bachelor of Hotel Management).
