We're seeking a talented individual who can help manage day-to-day tasks, organize schedules, and provide crucial support in client meetings and project management. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide help and advice with regular updates to clients on the progress of customer service projects and campaigns that directly affect each client.
  •  Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
  • Coordinate all marketing activities to generate lead
  • Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
  • Track performance of all marketing campaigns
  • Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face-to-face.
  • Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments
  •  as well.
  • Handling customer complaints.
  • Keeping accurate records of discussion or correspondence with clients.
  • Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilisation of the resources to increase customer services.
  • Encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to purchase the available services.
  • Become the reliable point of contact for each client that is required to establish a strong business relationship.  
  • Develop feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use.
  • Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards for the organization or department.
  • Track internally the services provided to the clients.
  • Monitor clients social media activity and track the changes(overall page performance).
  • Sending work calendar plans to the client and getting approval/ feedback.
  • Inform the team about the contract renewal and necessary changes/ feedback.

    Skills

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, especially excel and word.
  • Must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques
  • Strong communication skills required
  • Must have 2-wheeler and a valid license
  • Must have a laptop
