Job Overview 

We are looking for an efficient and solution-focused credit associate to assist Australian  mortgage brokers. You will provide end-to-end service by taking charge of the mortgage  application process from submission until settlement and will be responsible for completing  the assessment based on the client’s financial circumstances, needs, and requirements. You  will provide lender recommendations, accurately upload clients’ information to the lender’s  CRM system, organise supporting documents, and liaise with relevant parties until the loan  settles all while remaining compliant with regulatory lending requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Document verification 
  • Lender policy research and recommendations 
  • Borrowing capacity calculations 
  • Funding position preparation 
  • Living expenses analysis 
  • Packaging applications 
  • Communication with lenders, BDMs, brokers, and customers (as instructed by brokers) 
  • Data entry and lodgment - includes CRM and Lender Apply Online data entry and supporting document upload 
  • Ordering valuations/pricing 
  • Preparation of FHOG form and Discharge Form (if required)  
  • File management and follow-ups until settlement  
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as required

Working Hours: 7 am to 3pm [Nepali time]
