Job Overview:
Customer Support Intern is responsible to connect with customers by answering the queries and supporting customer through direct call.
Key Skills/ Knowledge:
- Hands-on experience with Linux, Windows OS environments
- Sound operating skills in LibreOffice, Microsoft Office package
- Familiar with remote desktop an application like AnyDesk, TeamViewer
- Ability to provide step-by-step help to the client both verbal and written
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Ability to document processes and procedures for a variety of audiences.
- An excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly attentive to detail/details
- Good attitude to learn and demonstrate skills
- Passion driven
Responsibilities
- Build a sustainable relationship with customer with proper communication.
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solution and alternatives.
- Call Quality evaluation
- Follow Phone and email etiquette for standardization.
- Follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep one self regularly updated on latest update.
