Job Overview:

Customer Support Intern is responsible to connect with customers by answering the queries and supporting customer through direct call.

 Key Skills/ Knowledge:

  • Hands-on experience with Linux, Windows OS environments
  • Sound operating skills in LibreOffice, Microsoft Office package
  • Familiar with remote desktop an application like AnyDesk, TeamViewer
  • Ability to provide step-by-step help to the client both verbal and written
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Ability to document processes and procedures for a variety of audiences.
  • An excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Highly attentive to detail/details
  • Good attitude to learn and demonstrate skills
  • Passion driven         
Responsibilities
  • Build a sustainable relationship with customer with proper communication.
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solution and alternatives.
  • Call Quality evaluation
  • Follow Phone and email etiquette for standardization.
  • Follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep one self regularly updated on latest update.
