Job Overview

DevOps engineers play a crucial role in the software development life cycle, as they are responsible for ensuring that the code being developed is reliable, scalable, and maintainable. They work closely with developers, operations staff, and other stakeholders to ensure that the software is delivered on time and meets the needs of the business. To do this, DevOps engineers use a wide range of tools and processes, including version control systems, continuous integration and delivery platforms, and monitoring and logging tools. They also follow best practices such as continuous testing and continuous deployment to ensure that code changes can be safely and quickly rolled out to production environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure and infrastructure design
• Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation
• Have the technical skill to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project.
• Troubleshooting techniques and fixing the code bugs
• Write effective APIs
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• Create security and data protection settings and Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management
• Coordination and communication within the team and with customers Selecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools
• Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)
• Mentoring and guiding the team members
• Monitoring and measuring customer experience and KPIs
• Managing periodic reporting on the progress to the Engineering manager and director.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, B.Sc. CSIT or any other related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of prior work experience as Full Stack/DevOps Engineer
• Hands on experience with RDBMS, Advance Linux, Advance Python, Java
• Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services
• Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles
