Your Role:
Step into the role of Executive – Relationship (Commercial) and become an integral part of our team dedicated to fostering strong connections and partnerships for Foodmandu. As an Executive – Relationship (Commercial), you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, providing them with exceptional service and support to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance as needed.
  • Regularly engage with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify  opportunities for additional services or products.

 

Business Development Support:

  • Assist in identifying potential clients and new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company's client base.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns and promotional activities.

 

Account Management Assistance:

  • Support in managing and maintaining existing client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist in monitoring client accounts, tracking performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement or growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and deliver solutions effectively.

 

Communication and Relationship Building:

  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing them with product information, pricing details, and other relevant information.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of trust and satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in client relationship management or sales.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service and support.
