Job Description
- Maintain positive and professional attitude at all times.

- Keep records of customer’s interactions, phone calls, and complaints.
- Maintain an organized and comprehensive filing system.
Job Specification
- Bachelors’ Degree.
- 3 years’ work experience as a Front Desk Officer or Customer Service Officer with office management and general administrative tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent office management and general administrative skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and stressful situation.
