Job Overview:

The incumbent is responsible to work in a capacity involved in overall operation, recruitment and talent management functions of Human Resource Department. S/he will assist HOD in the administrative as well as strategic responsibilities. The incumbent should have a mature personality, good presentation skills and be able to handle large group of staff & staff queries with limited supervision.

Essential Requirements:

·         Minimum 3 years of experience in HR

·         Bachelor’s degree in management

·         MBA in HR with 1 year of experience is preferred

·         Two wheeler and valid license is an added advantage 

Key Skills/ Knowledge:

·         Good knowledge in Human Resource Information system and all functions and processes of HR

·         Thorough knowledge of Labor Law

·         Proficiency in MS office package. Proficient user of excel

·         Flexibility in working hours

·         Proactive and a Team Player

·         Persuasive in both written and verbal communication

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

·         Handles end to end recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts

·         Use internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate

·         Post vacancy advertisements in a variety of newspaper, recruitment channels, website and networks

·         Prepare job offer and manage offer process and negotiate compensation package including salary, start date and allowances

·         Schedule and conduct the new employee orientation

·         Calculate Recruitment Metrics

Operations:

·         Assist in managing the organization employee database (files, leave, transfers or promotions, payroll, budget monitoring etc.)

·         Prepare employment agreement/ contract and experience letter

·         Assist in monitoring internal HR system and databases

·         Assist in overseeing the health and safety of all employees

Talent Management

·     Assist to manage training development plans that details required training that is delivered within the agreed/ specific timescales and ensure outcomes and appropriate measured and reported on.

·         Liaise with team leads/ manager to understand all necessary aspects of their learning and development needs, and to ensure they are fully informed of corporate learning and development objectives

·         Succession planning and ensure training is aligned to support the plan

·         Developing mentoring and coaching sessions

·         Conduct skills gap analyses to determine personnel needs

Organization Development

·         Participate in developing organization guidelines and procedures

·         Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues

·         Calculate employee engagement metrics, like retention and turnover rates

·         Performs benchmark analyses of compensation and benefits

·         Implement organizational effectiveness interventions

·         Develop team building exercises and workshops

·         Recommend training and development systems
