We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity available for Freshers into HR Department.You will play a leading role in identifying and engaging top talent in a creative way, improving and contributing to our employer brand, and scaling our recruiting practice as we grow as an organization.

You will be part of an ambitious, driven and quality focused talent acquisition team.

What you'll do:

• Action & Results Focus: Gets things done well and efficiently.
• Drafting and Advertise job posting opening in job portals & social media
• Sourcing potential candidates from LinkedIn and ATS
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Screening resumes, Interview candidates
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Prepare reports
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Teamwork: Collaborates with others to achieve shared goals and does whatever is needed to make the team a success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business management or HR
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Learning Attitude
