Job Specification

• Proficient knowledge of optical fiber, including its applications and usage of optical power meters, as well as familiarity with ISP products used in client premises.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills to address client-reported issues promptly.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues such as Wi-Fi range, hardware problems in routers, connectors, drop wires, secondary routers/extenders/repeaters, etc.
• Timely reporting of field issues to the supervisor.
• Expertise in IPTV installation and troubleshooting.
• Competence in internet installation at client premises, ensuring proper procedures are followed and providing satisfactory client counseling.
• Knowledge of safety precautions in fieldwork.
• Flexibility to work shifts and public holidays as per business requirements.
• Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license.

Job Specification:
