Responsibilities
- Stay up to date of the talents needs in different projects, departments by following up through TA manager/hiring manager
- Able to grasp the IT skills and requirements needed of a candidate to fulfill technical
- Be able to source applicants through various channels such as LinkedIn, online portals, internal tools
- Screen the CVs to identify and shortlist the most suitable talents
- Plan /set up interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, tests, offer
- Follow, improvise, update end-to-end candidate hiring processes to succeed in maintaining standard of employee experience.
- Be able to provide up to date recruitment reports
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-7 years of work experience in technical talent acquisition or similar roles
- Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks for talent sourcing
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Experience in working on recruitment software
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
- Believe in the powerful role of talent acquisition in building company’s success
- Be active, innovative, and strategic in sourcing talents to fill up the vacancies in timely manner
