• Provide technical assistance and support to end users for computer systems, software, and hardware issues
• Install, configure, and update software applications on end-user devices along with CCTV and attendance devices along with CCTV, attendance devices.
• Repair, setup, and maintain PC hardware and software
• Troubleshoot network and system issues within the office

Job Specification

• Bachelor running or complete in related field
• CCNA certification preferred
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Knowledge of Networking
