Responsibilities

Reports To: Senior Logistics and Administration Manager

The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to Logistic department which involve a blend of administrative and logistical responsibilities aimed at ensuring the smooth functioning of operations within an organization.

Administrative Duties:

  • Managing office supplies, including ordering, organizing, and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Overseeing facilities management, including office maintenance, repairs, and vendor management.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.

Logistics Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks to prevent shortages or overages.
  • Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in logistics operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to logistics.

Reporting and Communication:

  • Providing regular updates to the Senior Logistics and Administration Manager on the status of administrative and logistical activities.
  • Generating reports and analyzing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborating with colleagues within the administrative and logistics team to achieve common goals.
  • Providing support and assistance to other team members as needed.

Problem-solving and Decision-making:

  • Identifying challenges or issues in administrative and logistics processes and proposing solutions.
  • Seeking guidance from the Senior Logistics and Administration Manager for complex issues or decisions.

  • Fluency in spoken and written English is a must together with written Nepali.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related field (BBA, BBM, BBS)
  • Proven experience as Admin, Logistic, Procurement or other similar department (1 year experience)
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and service.
  • Strong adaptability to the cross-cultural work environment.
  • Problem-solving determination and skills.
  • Two Wheeler driving license.
  • Proficient in MS Office
