Job Description:

• Preparing packaging design specification including the material, quality, color, size etc.

• Analyzing the sales report to make inference of current sales against the targeted sales growth, total value, sales contribution and other sales metrics
• Conducting industry and market analysis to understand the current market scenario and the company’s position 
•  Conducting market research, behavior-based research and visiting onsite to ensure the proper distribution and positioning of the product along the value chain
•  Ensuring the smooth operation of CSR activities in co-ordination with agents and analyzing potential new ones
