Job Summary

Marketing Lead is responsible for overseeing many aspects of a campaign throughout the entire lifespan of a product, service or idea.  In this position, you will work to develop marketing strategies and campaigns to increase company revenue and grow product awareness. 

 

Job Description

 

  • Setting up the Marketing dept. and preparing guidelines and processes for the marketing team.

  • Make strategy for the branding and promotion of the company's service and product.  

  • Prepare documentation, reporting and monitor/analyse the progress and achievement of the Business Development team.

  • Designing the marketing intern program to build the intern team.

  • Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences

  • Help  produce reports, company brochures and related marketing materials and literature

  • Develop new marketing initiatives such as social media, events or crossover collaborations to strengthen engagement with target audience

  • Monitor corporate branding applications across the projects’ marketing materials to deliver quality corporate brand image consistently

  • Monitor market trends, analysis consumer markets activities to identify opportunities

  • Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure that tasks are completed and programmes are delivered on time 

 

Job Specification

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field

  • Proven experience of 2-3 years 

  • Must have knowledge of local level products.

  • Software/Technology sales experience preferred

  • Experience selling email marketing/web-based software as a service (SaaS) applications a BIG plus
