Major Responsibilities:
1. Plan, budget, execute and lead all the marketing programs and strategy
2. Effectively execute all the branding activities aligning with business strategy
3. Finalization of ground level activities with expected sales target and budget to the different channels
4. Ensure monthly target is distributed among all the channels and is in line with annual plan
5. Closely monitor and coordinate with principal companies to find out planning of new product launch
6. Analyze the sales and consumer buying behavior/ trend and propose marketing plans and activities accordingly
7. Manage the team effectively and drive their performance to meet the goals and objectives
8. Prepare all related monthly planning and execution report
Job Specification:
At least Master’s with 3 years of experience in the managerial position or Bachelor’s with 5 years of experience in the managerial position.
