We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in software testing and quality assurance to gain hands-on experience in a real-world setting. The QA Intern will work closely with our development team to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web applications, with a focus on the Laravel backend and associated frontend technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute basic test plans/scripts and clearly identify all issues encountered during testing.
• Development of test plans, test cases, and test scripts, covering smoke testing, functional testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
• Execute manual and automated tests and document test results thoroughly.
• Report defects and issues to the team and collaborate with developers to resolve them.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process by providing feedback and suggesting process improvements.
• Collaborate with the software development team to understand project requirements and features.
• Create, execute, and maintain manual test cases based on project specifications.
• Verify bug fixes and ensure that software issues are resolved promptly.
• Conduct regression testing to identify potential new defects in the software.
• Work with the development team to improve testing processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of software development and testing principles.
• Knowledge of smoke testing, functional testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
• Familiarity with manual testing techniques and tools, such as test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
• Basic knowledge of development life cycles, application development, and/or network/system environments.
• Basic knowledge of web development technologies, including PHP, Laravel, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
