Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs. Suggest them about the right service for them
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, head hunting and others.
- Conduct interviews and filter candidates before sending the database to the clients.
- Groom the shortlisted candidates before sending them to the client. Grooming: ensure their CVs are ok, they are interview ready and others.
- Be a part of various IT groups and attend conferences to build the network in the IT Industry. Also to promote the company as and when it's possible.
- Maintain relationships with HR/Management of IT companies. Approach them for head hunting services.
- Use Applicant Tracking system(ATS) and use it for the advantage of business.
- Use social media to promote the company and be in touch with the potential candidates.
