Job Description

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs. Suggest them about the right service for them 
  • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, head hunting and others.
  • Conduct interviews and filter candidates before sending the database to the clients.
  • Groom the shortlisted candidates before sending them to the client. Grooming: ensure their CVs are ok, they are interview ready and others. 
  • Be a part of various IT groups and attend conferences to build the network in the IT Industry. Also to promote the company as and when it's possible.
  • Maintain relationships with HR/Management of IT companies. Approach them for head hunting services.
  • Use Applicant Tracking system(ATS) and use it for the advantage of business.
  • Use social media to promote the company and be in touch with the potential candidates.
