Job Location : Inside as well as Out-Side Kathmandu Valley 

Job Description 

1. To support the Chief Sales Officer-Beer for implementation of the sales strategy, develop action plans and ensure targets are met and the trade sales force is controlled and managed. 
2. Assist in annual sales forecast for the area by finalizing an estimate of sales in his geography and manage Area Sales Manager/ Sales Officer. 
3. Monitor of sales achieved vs. sales targets, identifying weak areas and addressing queries regarding any issue faced by sales team 
4. Ensure that new markets and territories are explored and the reach of the products of the company is increased 
5. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences and behaviors through customer relationships, sales management feedback, participating in Brand related activities, undergoing programs and sales processes in each area.  
6. Understand the market trends, insights on competitors, competitor analysis on a regular basis.  
7. Proactively provide key information and gather customer and market intelligence and share with the management.
