“Retail Sales Officer” will be responsible for Merchant Activation, Visibility and Merchant Enrollment.

Retail Sales Officer must be self-driven, motivated and result oriented professional.

Number of Requirements: 03 (1 in each location )

Job Responsibilities: 

• Work with strategy team, agencies involved with Fonepay
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with banks and other clients
• Identifying new and potential Merchants; and generating leads for the company.
• Enrollment and re-activation of the merchants  to increase the monthly transactions.
• Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with Merchants.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of company products in regional market.
• Make cold calls and visits to potential merchants, understand the merchant’s requirement, and demonstrate the company’s product features.
• Plan and strive for achieving target assigned.
• Reporting on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis regarding the promotions done, number of merchants enrolled and other activities as per business need.
• Managing, mentoring vendors as well as verify the tasks assigned to team members.
• Collaborating with other departments for the smooth operations in-order to achieve the target.
