Roles and Responsibilities

·       Working closely with assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks

·       Research and generate lists of potential customers

·       Updating documents and sales records

·       Reviewing sales performance against sales targets

·       Observing and carrying out sales processes

·       Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions for sales

·       Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders

·       Help develop client relationships and retain existing accounts

Eligibility

·       At least a year experience in sale. Candidates with experience in service industry will be given priority.

·       Enthusiasm and desire to learn and be successful in business development and sales

·       Self-starter with a strong work ethic

·      Highly organized and persuasive

·      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·      Strong ability to be flexible and multi-task.

·      Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.

·      Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, social media tools (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)
