Job Description

1. You will be responsible for designing new buildings, extensions, renovations, and restorations, interior design and exterior landscapes and any nature of projects the company accepts. Need to ensure that they meet client requirements and align with company principles.
2. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to deliver functional and visually appealing designs and projects successfully independently.
3. Lead the design team of dynamic architects, interior designers and engineers and play a pivotal role in driving the design team through innovative and successful interior design and architectural projects.
4. Independently execute all projects by delegating the design teams to smoothly attain successful completion. Work under the guidance of the chief designer. Strategize and plan the  work with the chief designer and report the updates accordingly.
5. Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality and smooth project management and completion as per the requirements. Create design proposals along with the BOQs. Deal with the clients and other related parties like the consultants, vendors, contractors, workers, engineers, supervisors, and the design team to execute and deliver the entire project successfully.
6. Lead the design team and coordinate all projects of the company with the respective teams to execute the projects with a feasible and strategic work plan. Delegate the work to the respective design teams and individuals.
7. Workout the necessary project specifications and requirements. Plan the work schedule and timeline to meet the deadlines. Ensure that the project is driven as per the stipulated budget and specifications.
8. Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards,  building codes, guidelines, and regulations.
9. Make on-site visits to check on project status and report on the project to the chief designer and the management.
10. Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals and offices.

Other Specification:

1. Proven working experience as a lead Architect and handled projects independently.
2. Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills.
3. Expert knowledge of building material, work procedures and methodology of the interior and architecture design projects, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
4. Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Auto cad, Sketch-Up, 3d Rendering or similar)
5. Strong imagination and the ability to think out of the box.
5. Communication and project management skills

Qualification: Min Bachelor degree in Architecture 

Experience: 2 years
