Sr. Research Analyst

We're seeking dynamic individuals with a passion for financial analysis and a drive to excel in the field.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• MBA or Master’s Degree in Management/Economics/Finance
• BBA or Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years of experience in Nepalese/International Capital Markets or Investment Banking firms at a similar level
• Experience or interest in private equity is desirable
• Thorough understanding of Nepalese Capital Markets Products and Services, Banking Procedures, Financial Research and Analysis, Risk-Return Analysis, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and other Investment Banking activities
• Exposure to Financial Modelling, Financial Projection, Due Diligence, and Equity Research Analysis
  
  

Additional Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Nepali with strong interpersonal skills
• Smart personality with a positive attitude towards constant work pressure
• Professional integrity, Entrepreneurial attitude, and Proficiency in MS applications
• Strong sense of urgency, organizational loyalty, and problem-solving skills
