Job Description of System Support
- Team Management: You would oversee a team of support staff, ensuring they are properly trained, motivated, and equipped to handle customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Satisfaction: Your primary goal would be to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns promptly and providing solutions to their problems in a professional and courteous manner.
- Client visit, demo and presentation
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for your support team to ensure they stay up-to-date with product knowledge, troubleshooting techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on support performance metrics and analyze trends to identify areas for improvement or areas of strength. Use this data to inform decision making and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints and to advocate for customer needs within the organization.

Education
- Running Bachelors Degree in BBA, BBS or IT field (Prefer Timing 9:30 Am To 6: Pm)
