Proactively source passive candidates, screen applications and build a diverse pipeline of talent that aligns with company’s values.
Create innovative recruitment strategies and help hiring managers craft job descriptions, develop interview plans, assessment, questions, and assemble a diverse hiring team.
Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers & recruitment partners to meet the hiring goals and objectives.
Provide regular reporting on the overall status of hiring through recruitment tracker and analytics.
Serve as the candidate’s main point of contact from time of application through onboarding, probation performance review to off boarding.
Be point of contact for all the compliance and HR audit. Ensure all the new hire data accuracy in relevant systems.
Make salary recommendations for offers using our internal salary and benefit calculation tool. Improvise on areas that helps to attract and retain top performers.
Ensure that all candidates - whether they receive an offer or not - have a positive experience with the Company
Establish recruiting process best practices, be the bar raiser and provide training to interviewing teams.
Learn and stay current on the employer branding, take initiatives through multiple channels to attract right pool of people.
Work closely with the People Strategy and Culture team to continually refine our recruiting, onboarding, off boarding processes and metrics, with a particular focus on process improvements during slower hiring times.
