• Develop a pool of qualified candidates.
• Optimized sourcing networks and use proactive methods to direct source candidates
• Maintain close relationships with the Hiring Managers.
• Enhance selection process and recruiting quality.
• Handle all operational tasks related to the candidate cycle.
• Reviews employment applications and background check reports.
• Enhance candidate experience and maintain long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
• Utilize different channels and technology such as LinkedIn, ATS to enhance direct search.

Requirement:

• 4+ Years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with the Full Cycle Recruitment process.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Team Player
• Can do and proactive working attitude.
