Responsibilities:
- Source candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates.
- Optimized sourcing networks and use proactive methods to direct source candidates
- Maintain close relationships with the Hiring Managers.
- Enhance selection process and recruiting quality.
- Handle all operational tasks related to the candidate cycle.
- Reviews employment applications and background check reports.
- Enhance candidate experience and maintain long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
- Utilize different channels and technology such as LinkedIn, ATS to enhance direct search.
Requirement:
- 4+ Years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with the Full Cycle Recruitment process.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Team Player
- Can do and proactive working attitude.
