Major Job Descriptions:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to online and in-store customers.
  2.  Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  3. Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are correct,
    complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
  4. Respond promptly to all phone, email, online inquiries, and live chat.
  5. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
  6. Engaging with customers on social media to answer their questions and help solve problems.
  7. Help the team with the order fulfillment when needed.
  8. Partner with warehouse personnel regarding changes to shipping time and
    inventory cycle counts.
  9. Manage and keep the stock room organized.
  10. Pack shelves neatly and create attractive displays in-store.
  11. Quality check new products as and when required.
  12. Must be good at handling cash/online transactions.
  13. Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the quality control team.
  14. Follow up on potential clients.
  15. Collect, compile, pack and dispatch orders.
  16. Stock keeping, update inventories & fulfill orders of other online platforms.
